With the 10th pick in the 2020 CFL Draft the Redblacks drafted Michael Hoecht. Hoecht, the Canadian put up big numbers at Brown University and ended up being one of the Canadians signed by NFL teams with the Los Angeles Rams. Although he was signed by the Rams it doesn’t mean he’s done with the CFL? Of course if he is with the Rams for good its unsure he’d play in Ottawa but if he is taken out of LA he will be a big player for the Redblacks defensive line.
Being a part of Mike Benevides defense Hoecht will for sure make an impact and it will be a good look for Redblacks fans in the future.
