Montreal-born tight end Bruno Labelle of the Cincinnati Bearcats signs contract with the Arizona Cardinals after the 2021 NFL Draft

Bruno Labelle - Football - University of Cincinnati Athletics

There were four Canadians selected in this weekend’s NFL Draft and Bruno Labelle is the fourth Canadian to sign a contract in the NFL following the 2021 NFL Draft. Labelle actually will be joining Canadian undrafted free agents Pier-Olivier Lestage and Alaric Jackson in the NFL West as Jackson signed a contract with the Rams and Lestage is now a Seahawk.

Bruno Labelle, coming out of the University of Cincinnati where Travis Kelce played his collegiate career signed a contract with the Arizona Cardinals. In the 2021 NFL Draft the Cardinals acquired receiver Rondale Moore out of Purdue to play with DeAndre Hopkins, AJ Green and Christian Kirk but after losing Dan Arnold in free agency Arizona has yet to find a complimentary tight end to Maxx Williams, maybe Labelle could be the one.
