Today, the Redblacks who have been busy throughout the off-season released news on another transaction which they made. The team brought up news that RJ Harris will return to the Ottawa Redblacks for the 2020 season.
Harris has been a part of the Redblacks since the end of the 2017 season, and in the past two years, he’s found himself in a big role on the Redblacks offense. In the two years past by, Harris has caught the ball 111 times for a total of 1,471 yards and 4 touchdowns.
Following the news, Harris was asked by the Redblacks about what he thought about the new deal, he explains, “I knew where I wanted to be and my family and I are excited to be back in Ottawa,” said Harris. “We’re thankful for how RNation has welcomed us these past three years. Now it’s time to get the REDBLACKS back where we belong: the 108th Grey Cup!”
